Benefits of JCI Accreditation
1. Improve patient care; to ensure that the patients are given the best care[3].
2. Ensure the standard between similar organizations (act as a benchmark[3]), so that it gives the patients assurance that organization has got its quality.
3. Ensures a safe and efficient environment[2] for the staffs working in that organization and therefore producing better patient care and results[1].
4. Gain public trust[2] for the organization so that they’ll make it their “choice[3]” organization.
5. Establish leadership[2] for safety and quality of care.
6. Able to learn lessons from adverse events and issues concerning safety[2].
